The fastest way to reach Free TV Streaming support
Two channels, both staffed around the clock. Pick by how quickly you need the answer.
Live chat, for anything blocking your TV tonight
The bubble at the bottom-right of every page opens a chat with a real agent in about a minute. Use it when a channel will not load, your login stopped working, or you are mid-setup and stuck on a step. Chat agents can reset your line, resend credentials, and check the server side while you wait. It runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and holidays.
Email, for anything that needs a written trail
Write to help@freetvstreaming.tv for billing questions, refund requests, plan changes, or anything you want answered in writing. Messages sent to Free TV Streaming support through the form on this page land in the same inbox. The median first reply is under an hour, and the slowest replies on a normal day still arrive the same day.
What to include so the first reply fixes it
Three details turn a three-message exchange into one: the email you signed up with, the device and player app you are using (for example, Fire TV Stick 4K Max with TiviMate), and one sentence describing what you see on screen instead of the channel. If your trial or subscription login has stopped working, say when it last worked. With those four things, support can usually resolve the issue in a single reply instead of asking follow-ups.
Three fixes to try before you contact Free TV Streaming
Half of the messages we get are one of these three. Each takes under two minutes to rule out.
1. Buffering? Test whether your ISP is throttling you
Evenings between 8 and 11 PM are when internet providers slow streaming traffic. Run this test: open the same channel on your phone using mobile data, with Wi-Fi switched off. If the stream plays perfectly on mobile data but stutters on home Wi-Fi, your internet provider is the bottleneck, not the service. The fix is a VPN set to a nearby city, or changing your router DNS to 1.1.1.1. If the channel stutters on both connections, contact Free TV Streaming support with the channel name and we will check the source on our side.
2. Login rejected? Retype it by hand, never paste
Nine out of ten "invalid login" reports come down to three characters: the letter O versus zero, lowercase L versus the digit 1, and an invisible space copied at the end when you paste credentials. Open your activation email, retype the username and password one character at a time, and try again. If it still fails, the second most common cause is an expired subscription: a plan that lapsed returns the exact same "invalid login" error as a typo, with no separate expiry message.
3. Renewing? Write from the same email you signed up with
Renewals attach to your original email address. If you message us from a different address asking to extend a line, we cannot match the payment to your account and have to ask. When you contact Free TV Streaming support about a renewal or an expiry date, use the signup email, and say which plan length you want. Renewing keeps every setting in your player: favorites, EPG layout, and channel groups all survive untouched. There is no reactivation fee and no new login to set up.
